It is possible. To add a media file: Open the application settings. Click on Manage FAQ Create or select the question you want to add a media file to. When editing the answer, click the video, image or gif icon. Add a media file from the library and save.
How to add questions and answers?

To add a section with answers to questions: Click the Customize FAQ button. In the site control panel, click "Add" and select "Question and answer". Each new question-answer pair should be assigned a category. Save and publish. You can always edit questions and answers, change their order or assign them other categories.
